Commissions

As approved by the Board of Directors, the following Commission have been formed. Commissions are directed by the Board to accomplish tasks, recommend courses of action, offer solutions to problems, and/or to improve upon the quality of life of each Resident of the Association. Commission goals will change and evolve to mirror current needs of the Community. Commissions are essential to the success of building operations, services and improvement projects.

Your Board of Directors are currently seeking Unit Owners who can volunteer their time and professional and/or educational experience to serve on one or more of the Commissions.

Building Enhancement Commission focuses on interior and exterior decoration, furnishings and space-use that enhance the community of residents

 

Budget Commission focuses on review, study and implementation of budget related matters that affect the building and the homeowners

 

NEW Community Commission focuses on awareness of all activities, developments, and West Loop projects that impact the residents

 

Rules & Regulations Commission focuses on changes to existing rules and regulations based on the needs of the homeowners
